Our church was thrilled to host the wedding of the year on Thursday 7th April 2011.
Hetton Primary School arranged the wedding which included the children arriving in style in a white stretched limo.
The church welcomed staff, children and visitors and our resident pastor and community worker, Ian Wren, conducted the 'marriage' ceremony.
There was a short message and egg hunt, led by our youth leader Paula, before the couple signed the register and left for the reception back at school.
This was a wonderful day and I am sure one that will be remembered by all for many years to come.
